The property is centrally heated making it suitable for winter use. The lounge is very well equipped with :

- A separate bed settee to accommodate 2 people
The kitchen/dining area is equipped with :
- Dishwasher
- CombinationOven/Microwave
- 2 ring Gas Hob
- All necessary electrical appliances
- Dining table and chairs for six
There is a downstairs WC and a utlilty room with washing machine. On the first floor is a bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and tiled floor. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed, the other has three single beds, and both have wardrobes, dressing table, and chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have spectacular views across the courtyard/vineyards and woodland, and have wooden floors.
The property has its own BBQ, patio and garden furniture with access to the HEATED POOL (between mid May to September months only), sun-bathing areas, and boules court.
Bed Linen, house towels and hair dryer all included at no extra cost. Pool towels are not provided. Extra facilities for infants and children e.g. cots, high-chairs etc can all be provided on request.
For the safety of children, and the convenience of all our guests, vehicles are not permitted into the courtyard, There is ample off road parking just outside the gates.
Guests are expected to leave the cottage in the state of cleanliness in which they found it on arrival. We would be happy to restore the cottage on your behalf to the standard of cleanliness required by us at a cost of 40 Euro's. |
